Masa dimana saya menulis ini adalah di masa pandemi COVID-19, dimana masa itu merupakan waktu yang sulit bagi sebagian besar orang, dan mungkin akan menjadi masa yang dikenang di masa depan. Saya pun juga termasuk sebagian besar orang itu, yang merasa kondisi ini sulit karena keadaan sekitar menjadi berubah, harus beradaptasi dengan sistem baru, hal baru, dimana kita tidak lagi leluasa mengerjakan berbagai kegiatan seperti keadaan normal. Kondisi dimana beraktivitas di dalam rumah lebih baik daripada di luar rumah, bahkan menjadi anjuran pemerintah. Di awal masa-masa itu susah rasanya untuk beradaptasi. Saya yang seharusnya sudah ikut bergabung dan bekerja di suatu lab di universitas saya, terpaksa harus tertunda. Yang awalnya sudah merencanakan banyak hal di awal tahun 2020, menjadi harus berpikir ulang. Tetapi ada hal yang Tuhan sadarkan dalam diri saya. There is always thing to be thankful for.
